Software Incompatibility: Inability to open the file due to lack of the correct software (the eBook is provided in standard PDF format).
After Download Confirmation: If our system logs confirm the file has been successfully downloaded.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2, please follow these steps:
